What is the difference between a simple and deep computer cleaning?
A simple cleaning addresses lighter dust and buildup; a deep cleaning gives heavier buildup more attention. Tony will confirm what is included for your particular device before the work begins.
Do you clean laptops?
Yes. Both simple and deep cleaning services are available for PCs and laptops. Tell Tony your laptop model and what you have noticed.
How does computer diagnosis work?
Describe the symptoms you are seeing. Tony will discuss the device, investigate the issue and explain the next step in plain English. The specific checks and any additional work depend on your situation.
Can Tony build a gaming PC?
Yes. Start with the games you play, your budget and how you want the computer to look. Tony can help work out the hardware.
Can Tony build a workstation PC?
Yes. Share the applications you use and the work you need to do so your build can be planned around your needs.
Do customers provide their own computer components?
Tell Tony whether you already have parts or need help choosing them. Component sourcing and compatibility will be discussed during your consultation.
What does the $200 build fee cover?
The $200 is the custom computer build fee, not a complete computer price. Tony will confirm the work included and component arrangements in your quote.
How does the one-year free cleaning and diagnostics benefit work?
Every gaming or workstation computer Tony builds includes free cleanings and diagnostics for one year. Tony will explain scheduling and the service details during your build consultation.
Does Tony work on electronics other than computers?
Yes. General electronics cleaning is available, and other electronics services can be discussed. Send the device type and a description of what you need.
Can Tony install and set up printers?
Yes. Printer installation and setup is available. Share the printer model and the computer or device you would like to connect.
What if the service I need isn't listed?

Can Tony pick up my computer or device?
Pickup can be arranged as part of the service for an additional surcharge. The exact pickup cost will be discussed and confirmed as part of your quote.
